Information you provide
When you request a shoot, we collect your name, email, telephone number, property address, selected services, preferred date and time, notes and consent. We use this information to respond, prepare an estimate and arrange the requested services. A request does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not submit door codes, financial information or other sensitive details.
Website operation and service providers
Our hosting, content management and Cloudflare services support delivery, security and storage of the website. Network requests necessarily involve technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Authorized EOS Photo staff can access shoot requests to handle them. Service providers may process information in countries outside Canada.
Cookies and optional analytics
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser. Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. If you agree, we measure page visits and actions such as completed requests and contact-link clicks. We do not send form contact details or property addresses in our analytics events. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential administrator sign-in cookies are used when logging into the management panel.
Videos, tours and external links
Embedded YouTube videos and Matterport tours connect to those providers only when you choose to load them. External tour links also take you to a separate provider. Their privacy practices apply to those services.
Retention and your choices
Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or the retention of a particular request. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing service, dispute or applicable obligation. Backups may contain earlier copies. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to your request.
