Estimates and booking confirmation
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The selection tool provides an estimate based on the chosen services and property size, including the basement. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Availability, scope, final price and any applicable taxes or travel charges are confirmed directly before the shoot. Properties or services marked Quote require an individual estimate.
Property details and preparation
Provide accurate contact and property details and arrange the access and permission needed for the requested work. Use the preparation checklist available on the website. Do not include door codes or sensitive information in the online form; discuss access arrangements directly with the team.
Changes and cancellation
The current travel and cancellation information is displayed on the Pricing page. Contact the team promptly to discuss a change or cancellation. Any additional project-specific terms should be agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Media and external services
Website photographs and media are displayed as examples of our work. Ask EOS Photo before copying or reusing them. The permitted use and delivery of commissioned media are agreed for the individual project. Third-party tour and video services are subject to their own terms.
